Settle In | Renovated High-End E Austin 2BR Home

The space was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, which was a plus, and the place was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Totally new on the inside with nice bright lights and appliances It smelled new and was great space for the 3 of us. Nice rooms and AC. Bathroom was also nice. Had a few issues to deal with but the host was outstanding at communicating. The drawback of the place is the location right next to the frontage road. Road noise surprisingly was not an issue once inside but it’s very busy. Close to downtown area was convenient. It was a little interesting with the constant weirdness of the homeless walking around. House across the street is abandoned and being redone but until it is there are people who seem like they are up to no good around. This was a first for us - no issues happened personally but I felt like I had to be on constant alert. Surrounding area offers some good walking around with shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our quick visit to Austin in this completely renovated 2-bedroom duplex. Everything was new and very clean. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. It was a perfect stay and accommodated us nicely.
