Chic 2BR Oasis | Prime ATX Location, Stylish Stay

It was so clean and plenty of parking. Its close to everything we wanted to do. Barton springs, bat bridge, 6th street, etc... the host would reply instantly too!

Perfect spot Positive: Fantastic apartment within walking distance of the centre of a short taxi ride. The apartment was really comfortable and a cool place to stay with the Texas heat.

Although initially there were certain issues noticed at the property, the host was quite responsive and quick enough to fix the issues within a day. The service was top notch and the stay was comfortable.

The location and parking were great! The downside is that the house could use a deep cleaning and general maintenance. One of the ACs didn't work plus the couch was dirty and a foot wasn't attached. With a little more care and upkeep this will be a great place to stay in Austin.Highly recommend walking to Arroyo for a meal!

Great value in a stellar neighborhood. Entry was seamless, host was responsive, and the house was spotless on arrival. Spacious kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, comfortable front bedroom.The neighborhood is a highlight that's quiet, tree-lined, and way more walkable than you'd expect with lots of places within 10-15 min walk. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. Deep Eddy Pool a short walk away (9 for visitors). Nice range of bars and restaurants within steps on W 6th St and on W Lynn St: Josephine House for brunch, Bar Peached, Lin Asian Bar, Hold Out Brewing, and Austin classics Donn's Depot and Mean Eyed Cat. Grab a CapMetro e-bike nearby (day pass 10) and you can get pretty much anywhere. Would stay again.
