Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The property was excellent, very comfy and cozy. A perfect home base with lots of food and stores around you and not too far from downtown.

It’s a cute home, and the location worked out perfect for us. It was easy check-in and check-out. The washer was broken, so we weren’t able to wash clothes there even on a longer stay. The master bedroom mattress is very firm, so if that’s your preference it’s a good place to stay. It has a cute kitchen, but for our family, there was doable, but fairly minimal utensils and bowls. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and another bonus was the host was very responsive!

Great stay!! The house was clean, well stocked and conveniently located to everything I needed. Easy drive to downtown Austin and up North too. The house is super cute and comfortable and the bed was great. I felt safe staying here alone, the area is good. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Was disappointed to arrive and see that the washing machine was out of order. When contacting the owner he knew already...seems like I should have been told ahead of time. Also wish there was a list of what is recycle and trash, as its different from place to place.

Great place. But the shower curtain is not long enough,, allowed a flooded floor. We couldn't figure out the TV, I'd suggest some instructions. Alsio, for non-Austinites, the trash cans should be marked by intention. Minor stuff. Otherwise clean and great.
