Near UT Dining, & Nightlife Apt For 4 w/ Parking!

The condo is very nice and the host was very responsive to my messages. It was a very comfortable stay with everything I needed including filtered water in the fridge, plenty of pillows and plenty of clean towels.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location was perfect for our trip. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely book here again!!

Good on the location but that’s about it. Don’t normally leave low reviews but really needed to on this one in hopes they can fix these things. Toilet hardly ever flushed. You had to hold down lever but there were still many times it didn’t flush and would clog. Had to unclog multiple times. Overall low water pressure. Shower wasn’t good. Dead cockroach in the morning on the floor. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. The designated parking spot we were supposed to be in was never open. They told us to park somewhere else in general vicinity but the spot never opened up. They told us we wouldnt get towed and we didn’t but it was still frustrating because it was in the back of our mind. They had a Roku tv but not some of the basic apps like ESPN and YoutubeTV. The weird part was you couldn’t download them…they were blocked or something? If they would fix these things it would be a good place to stay. I hope they do.

Host was easy to communicate with. Great location. A little musty smelling due to the age of the building and low water pressure (which is only rough if you’re a human with long hair like me). Overall great stay for the price.
