Near UT Dining, & Nightlife Apt For 4 w/ Parking!

The condo is very nice and the host was very responsive to my messages. It was a very comfortable stay with everything I needed including filtered water in the fridge, plenty of pillows and plenty of clean towels.

Host was easy to communicate with. Great location. A little musty smelling due to the age of the building and low water pressure (which is only rough if you’re a human with long hair like me). Overall great stay for the price.

This is my second stay. I really do love the location. I initially wrote a review about the air conditioner. It was much better this past time because the weather was cooler so that was good. The toilet wis just still so slow to flush even while you hold a handle down. That never got fixed and it's a shame to sit there and have to hold that handle for that long and have it not clear all the way out most times. Not sure why that can't get fixed? The other issue was out parking spot was taken by some other car. Host was immediately responsive, but it did put a damper when we first got there trying to figure out and make sure our car wouldn't get towed. We had a worry about this for hours after arrival. Host initially asked us to find parking out in the street. For those who have been in that area know how difficult that is with toe signs or pay signs everywhere . Besides that, it negates why we would choose this VRBO since parking is a big deal. Other car was never towed. Thinking the manager of the building didn't think situation was important enough since he did allow us to park in someone else's spot. Would be good for host to check to make sure parking is clear for smooth arrival of their guests.
