The room was clean, and the location near the lake was great! However, there were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable. We received an overwhelming number of messages leading up to and throughout our stay, which became a bit frustrating. A single, organized message with all check-in/check-out instructions, access codes, and important details would have been much more helpful. With so many messages coming through daily, it was difficult to go back and locate the information we needed.Additionally, the room was very hot when we arrived and remained relatively warm throughout both days of our stay, making it difficult to get completely comfortable.Overall, the cleanliness and location were definite positives, but a more streamlined communication process and better temperature control would have made for a much better experience.
