Pool, Hot Tub & Patio w/Modern Updates in E Austin

Great location! The pool was the perfect way to relax between shopping and going out to dinner (just minutes away) Coffee shop (Pershing East) was exceptional - delicious coffee and never a long wait. Clearly a neighborhood gem. Host responded right away with any questions and the house is designed beautifully. We had a wonderful stay!

US Grand Prix done right! We rented this house during the F1 weekend. The host was fantastic! I had several questions during my stay, and they answered them all very quickly. The house is as advertised: well appointed, clean, spacious, and with high-end appliances and finishes. Our group enjoyed grilling out and enjoying the patio area by the pool. The pool and hot tub needed some service, which the host promptly coordinated for us. We would gladly use this property in the future.

We visited Austin with our two little kids (ages 4 and 2) and had a wonderful stay ath this house on Est 4th Street. It was well located for all of our activities. It was clean and comfortable and added to our enjoyment of the city 110%. We were lucky to have found it and look forward to our next visit.
