Comfort top notch Positive: Amazing Rental, the best we have ever stayed in! We will be traveling to Austin often from now on, and I will always rent this house! Perfect everything!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Local coffee and convenience store within 10 min walking distance. Short drive to 6th and congress. Downtown. Bed was comfortable. Great space to hang out. All necessities were there. Driveway fits 2 full-size trucks and street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

We stayed for three nights at the property. Cleanliness is the most important criteria for me and this house checked that box. The house is close to downtown and easily accessible. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One thing to be aware of is that there no closet space for guests to hang clothes. This was not an issue for me but may be for others. Also, there is no dining room table in the home. Again, not a problem for me, but might be a need for others. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The house was very clean and cozy. There single parking in the driveway is wide enough to fit a big suv. The host communicated very well.

Thanks for another great stay in Austin. The two-bedroom, two bath house has been updated and is very close to downtown. If it's available, I will definitely stay there again.
