Had everything I could possibly need

This apartment was very centrally located; 10 minutes to the airport, 10 to downtown, 10 to SoCo, etc. It was very clean and it matched the photos perfectly, so I'm giving it 5 stars. However it was a in somewhat rundown area. I'm from Milwaukee and I was still looking over my shoulder when walking around. It is also not easy to get to; Google Maps will take you to the wrong place and once you find the right place (there are clear instructions in your house guide) it's very long slow drive through the bumpiest, roughest parking lot ever. I was worried about bottoming out my rental car. Just take all that into consideration when booking. Only other thing I'd recommend is putting a box of tissues in the bathroom.

I needed to make a few changes of my reservation due to unexpected circumstances. Each time I got very quick responses and excellent support! I was deeply impressed by the professional handling with every effort made to satisfy my request. The communication is crystal clear and in a timely way even when it was late at night! It is a very good experience although finally I did not use the property. All the help is greatly appreciated!

Kitchen was not well stocked and the stove is in need of service- the burners have electrical shortages for sure and take effort to ensure they are on or off- which could be a fire hazard. Hosts should list that apartment is not accessible by elevator and is up three flights of stairs. Neighborhood is loud- lots of street noise, construction etc - but nothing they can do about that. They can make the apartment better by having more amenities- a small bullet blender, actually sharp knives to cut with, smaller bowls for snacks, etc. it’s a great place if you don’t plan out n being there allDay- (as I was recovering from surgery) if you do- it’s quite uncomfortable on the couch. Three stars- but wouldn’t book again.

Honestly the inside was very clean and nice, the only thing is the body wash, shampoo and conditioner that was on the bathroom wall did not show which one was which. The outside of the apartment complex on the other hand was honestly very bad. It was extremely misleading to me, if I would of known the area I was staying in I would of never stayed in that area. We felt very unsafe during our stay.
