Spacious ATX Apt | Private Deck + All Essentials

The house is just as listed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though. There isn’t any specific place to park. It’s first come, first serve parking on the street. We had attended a concert and arrived late. The street was full and others had parked in the loading zone for the night. My husband drove around for probably 15 mins and finally squeezed into a parallel parking spot with about 6 inches to spare. This isn’t the host’s fault but just wanted others to be aware of the parking situation.

Very spacious property (Two separate bedrooms) and an office nook in addition to dining and living space. Convenient location to Northern Austin and driving distance to downtown and other parts of town. Would stay again. Great service and response from management.

The location is excellent, and the area is pretty - with many deer in the neighborhood. The place was very clean, well stocked . And the beds provided excellent sleep.

The apartment is well located in the Far West/Northwest Hills area.It's a good size for a family with two children. Owner is very responsive to communications, we did have an issue with the washing machine that did take them a while to address though (they ended up replacing the existing machine).

I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner.
