Comfortable Living in ATX | Private Deck + Office

The property was great to accommodate our family of 4 for Grand Prix weekend plus visiting family living close by in Northwest Hills. Communication and check in was as easy as it gets. Property is spacious, well equipped and in a lovely setting/neighbourhood.

Perfect location for our family — central to downtown, parks and an easy drive from the airport. We loved the wildlife — we were greeted by deer every morning. The kitchen was well equipped, beds (and pillows) were comfy, and we had great space for the family to hang out during some downtime. Though with beds for 6, it would be great to have a few more seats in the living room. General cleanliness was good (blinds, vents and windows could use some love), and hosts were super responsive when we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house itself is beautiful. The location with hills and wildlife was a huge plus. It was centrally located with easy access to everything around Austin, there were plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The walls are quite thin, and because of the loft-style layout, sound travels easily between floors. This made it difficult to have much privacy. Additionally, the bedrooms didn’t have drawers or hangers, so we had to live out of our suitcases during our stay. Thankfully, we were mostly out and about and only there to sleep.On a positive note, the property manager was excellent. He was very informative, responsive, and made the overall process smooth and easy.Overall, a great spot for location and style, but a few improvements in comfort and functionality would make a big difference.

Great place! The beds are very comfortable. The decorations are lovely. And the backyard forest view is beautiful!

This was a very convenient location near friends we were visiting. There were lots of places to eat and a grocery store very close by. The beds were comfortable.
