Comfortable Living in ATX | Private Deck + Office

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house itself is beautiful. The location with hills and wildlife was a huge plus. It was centrally located with easy access to everything around Austin, there were plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The walls are quite thin, and because of the loft-style layout, sound travels easily between floors. This made it difficult to have much privacy. Additionally, the bedrooms didn’t have drawers or hangers, so we had to live out of our suitcases during our stay. Thankfully, we were mostly out and about and only there to sleep.On a positive note, the property manager was excellent. He was very informative, responsive, and made the overall process smooth and easy.Overall, a great spot for location and style, but a few improvements in comfort and functionality would make a big difference.

Great place! The beds are very comfortable. The decorations are lovely. And the backyard forest view is beautiful!

This was a very convenient location near friends we were visiting. There were lots of places to eat and a grocery store very close by. The beds were comfortable.

We loved the location and the deck outside. I highly recommend.
