Charming Vintage House in Zilker | Hot Tub + Prkg

We had everything we needed and in a great location. The kitchen and dining area was a great place to make food and sit and chat. Everything was in good condition. The host checked on us and was quick to respond. It was just what we wanted for our girls' weekend.

We really enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was a highlight of our trip. We were able to take a lot of walks and the community was so friendly.We were also walking distance from restaurants.

The Zilker house was perfect for our stay in Austin. The location is close to walking paths, gardens, and Barton Springs and numerous dining options. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable to sit outside with coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. The open floorplan of the house is perfect for visiting while preparing meals. The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed for cooking. I used the desk in the third bedroom as an office, and the master bedroom was comfortable and quiet with a private porch in the backyard. The wood floors and vibrant colors and artwork in the living room made me feel right at home. I look forward to staying here again!

Great stay - walking distance to Alamo Drafthouse theater, coffee and shopping. Great communication with property manager.

Great location and very tastefully appointed. Wonderful neighbourhood and very close to everything down town. Looking forward to returning!
