The house was clean, spacious and nicely updated. The kitchen had new appliances and a contemporary look. The beds were comfy and there’s a nice screened in room.

For the purpose of reconnecting with old friends after moving away from Texas two years ago the location was perfect. I would caution to anyone considering this rental who has mobility challenges that the three front steps up to the porch don’t have a handrail. Otherwise the property is great.

Stay was as expected. Management was responsive. Best part was the patio. Location is nice - can walk to coffee shop and bars. Only complaint is that they make you turn the air up, so it took a good few hours for the place to cool down given the house is older and it was like 100 degrees outside, which makes sense… but no complaints outside of that. Feel it was a good place to stay for the price point.

Cozy house super close to coffee shops, great restaurants, and bars! The best things about the house are the kitchen and the screened-in porch. We also loved being so close to Central Market, which made it easy to stock up on beer, wine, and snacks. The area is very Austin artsy weird and so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll love it!
