Our Austin home away from home!
Comfortable house that is nicely decorated and very clean. The layout gives it a spacious feel and all three bedrooms are large. Also there’s a nice screened in porch. Location is good.

For the purpose of reconnecting with old friends after moving away from Texas two years ago the location was perfect. I would caution to anyone considering this rental who has mobility challenges that the three front steps up to the porch don’t have a handrail. Otherwise the property is great.

As expected
Stay was as expected. Management was responsive. Best part was the patio. Location is nice - can walk to coffee shop and bars. Only complaint is that they make you turn the air up, so it took a good few hours for the place to cool down given the house is older and it was like 100 degrees outside, which makes sense… but no complaints outside of that. Feel it was a good place to stay for the price point.
