Perfect location and stay for a short trip to Austin!
Positive: The main bedroom downstairs and it's bathroom is absolutely amazing! The common areas are great for the 6 people we had staying, with plenty of space to hang out. The cowboy spa pool was fantastic as well, was really impressed with how cold and how hot it could get.
Negative: There was 3x couples staying there, and while I was in the main bedroom and absolutely loved it, the two other couples noted that the other rooms were a bit too small to be comfortable. The outside area could have used a nice big clean up with the weeds/plants starting to take over the lounging area, but still an amazing set up.

Great spot, with great amenities. The cowboy pool was a nice touch since we were traveling with small children.
