The apartment was easy to find and very convenient for everything we were doing in Austin. It was near the UT campus but
Positive: The location was perfect for our needs and we liked the secure parking garage. It was generally quiet and we had no problems finding and accessing the apartment.
Negative: The bathtubs were very slick and there were no grab bars to help with getting in and out. The furniture was a bit worn: the chair in the living room seemed very wobbly and one of the couch cushion had a broken zipper.

Super clean place, and host was very responsive. Any questions I had they would reply instantly. Pretty close to everything, I'd recommend it if you're going to be doing activities close to UT.
