Impressive East Austin Gem | Home That Has it All

My wife and I, along with my niece, husband and 2 teen sons traveled to Austin for the F-1 race at COTA, spending 4 nights here. So our 6 had plenty of room and enjoyed the upgraded appliances, washer & dryer and oversized kitchen island. Located in a quiet neighborhood with fire pit and porch with rockers - perfect to smoke a cigar and drink a beer at day’s end. When I had a two small issues, one my fault, they were all over it in no time. One time I sent an email at 6:30am not expecting a response for hours, BUT they got back to me in less than 30 minutes. Now that’s action. I fully recommend this house for anyone traveling to Austin - and less than 1.5 hours from SA airport.

The property was great. The management company was the most proactive and responsive that I've ever dealt with. Great Communication by all. We very much enjoyed staying here.

Large picturesque home with a great open living space, kitchen, and breakfast nook; perfect for casual family gathering over the kitchen island.Ample space for a family of eight. Great location with walkable venues (food/bars); and all within 10 minute drive of other food venues and downtown.Host is very attentive and easy to communicate with.Would definitely consider booking again!

This property is absolutely beautiful! And is in a fantastic location for exploring the nearby neighbourhoods, all within walking distance. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

This was the best short term rental we've ever booked. The house is roomy, very well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful; and its in an excellentblocation. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Austin.
