Indulge in Downtown Austin | Apt Near Zilker Park

Less than mediocre Positive: Bed was comfortable shower water temperature (hot) & pressure was better than most. Neighborhood is good. Negative: Roaches. A/C is a wall unit place near ceiling (with no remote). The host requires guests to use a (step stool) to operate the A/C unit. Kitchen table chairs are horrible, couch was not comfortable. Kitchen is very small. Entire place is very small. It should be someone’s little apartment (NOT a short term rental). Host agency is offshore for local host who manages way too many properties to even care about anything. Unacceptable service. Disrespectful.

It's a nice clean unpretentious space; but it's small. Probably 600 sf. No more than 2 guests unless all you do there is sleep.

Great walkable neighborhood and comfy bed!

The place is close to the Lake, trails, Deep Eddy and more. We walked to the new HEB every morning for coffee and tacodeli

Great location and very comfortable place for our one night stay. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed and couch were very comfortable The only thing not perfect was there was no flexibility on check in time. We had an option to pay more for early check in but we didn’t think we needed it. Had to be done with 24 hour notice. We ended up arriving an hour early then had to wait outside in 90 degree heat (we didn’t have a car) for over an hour. No one came to the property so it seemed ready. But we’re not sent the door code til the exact check in time. Definitely recommended this place but make sure you don’t plan to arrive before the check in time and be allowed in.
