Charming, Modern Apt | Pool + Patio + Free Parking

We were in town for my brother's funeral services. It was an awful time, but the ease of check-in and the property management's communications were very kind and clearly stated. I will look to say again when i return.

We came up from SATX and enjoyed our time in Austin. Sheets were clean, beds were comfy. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make us feel right at home cooking. Access was simple and the community was lovely.

My brother lives less than a mile from this place and it’s easy to stay here and be close to them. Was a little dirty when we got there but nothing we couldn’t live with, maybe just a good sweeping. Had everything we needed. You will probably need the WiFi as i didn’t get service inside until i connected. The parking was tight but easy to get to once you find it! I will Be back, thanks for a great stay! Hopefully will get to use the pool in the summer as well.

Overall a good stay. Great location and communication from the owners. Easy to get to the HEB for groceries and proximity to downtown. They provide all the basics to make a home cooked meal, all new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable! There were 2 drawbacks. Cosmetically the apt needs a paint job- marks and spackled spots on the walls. They may also want to inspect after their cleaning crew. My first week there, there was remnants of dog hair. The showers were properly cleaned (pink residue on the grout). Although tiled throughout, the floor tile wasn't fully clean and when going to clean up, the black grout turned white. I think if they get some of the cosmetic done and the cleaning crew doing a better job, it would be recommended.
