Brand New House + Yard Next to Downtown & E 6th!

The house exceeded our expectations. Impeccably clean with all the needed amenities. Beds were comfortable and linens provided for all. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Keypad deadbolt made it easy and secure to come and go. Easy walk to all East end had to offer. A little further to downtown and waterfront areas but we made it on foot a few times. Plenty of Ubers, self driving Waymo and pedicabs to get around when needed. I would avoid walking down Cesar Chavez blvd. Host was very responsive when needed. We would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as the pictures. It is a great place and the street is very quiet. If it's available, I'll stay there on my next visit to Austin.

This is a newer home that has some wear on it. It's open space worked well for our wedding preparations. The finishes are beautiful and it is light and bright. The furniture is comfy, but a little grungy from use. We could not use the garage as a camper was parked in it, but with the driveway and street parking we had enough. Rentals are never super clean and this one needs a deep clean of showers, baseboards, spiderwebs in corners and dust filled bathroom vents. Some of the cool automatic windowshades are broken. Great location and quiet bedrooms.
