We enjoyed our stay in Austin. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and the host communicates clearly. Would recommend this property for a couple looking for accommodations in Austin.

I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old. A loud barking door in the next door apartment. I would not stay at any property managed by this owner.

Clean well stocked home
We came for our daughter’s wedding and we needed a place to stay near the venue. This was perfect! The home was well stocked with everything you would need. Close to grocery stores also. Very clean and good host communication.
