Great place. Clean and nice. Great location.

This is the second time we have stayed at Northwood. It's charming, quiet, meticulously maintained, and convenient to everything Austin. There is an immediate, helpful response to any inquiry. It's obvious this is a well-loved property. It's our go-to for Austin stays near family.

We enjoyed the area. It was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. The house was as described with king-sized memory foam beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Check in was incredibly easy. Communication was great. My only complaint about the property is that there was some black mildew in the shower. The rest of the house was clean.

Our only suggestion would be a better stocked kitchen (glasses & dishes).

A clean, updated, quiet rental in a great location. Everything works! And the private patio is very nice and relaxing. The host was the best of all, very helpful and responsive. Just what we needed while helping our daughter move out of a house a few blocks away. Just a beautiful neighborhood. Will definitely come back again.
