Prime Location w King Accommodations Near Downtown

Decent but the people above this unit have a child and there was a lot of noise from morning till they slept. The propwrty is essentially in the basement of a home and the floor above must be there main family room. Luckily we we're at home a lot. However, the mornings were very noisy.

Booked to be close to ACL and it was an easy walk to the festival and to local businesses! Room was clean and had everything we needed!

I came back to Austin and was hoping this property was available. It was, and again, did not disappoint!!

My stay here was great! Excellent communication with the property manager. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Online listing is accurate. I loved it and will definitely be back!!

I often travel to Austin for business meetings and this was by far the easiest stay! The house was 1/2 mile from the office I needed to visit (no hotel anywhere close by!) No parking fees, comfortable, non-intrusive. The little patio was a perfect place to unwind after being in the car all day, and enjoy my coffee before the rat race continued. Clean, well maintained, and no drunk visitors stumbling down the hallway at 2:00 AM (pet peeve of staying anywhere close to 6th street!). Highly recommended!
