This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.
Austin Vacay is proud to be able to service Austinites and travelers during these uncertain times. We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.
The neighborhood is known as Clarksville. Its known for its beautiful architecture and older mature trees and landscapes. You are very close to downtown but it also had the feel of a well established residential area.
There are lots of nice restaurants, markets, and coffee shops close by. A stroll through the adjacent neighborhoods will give you a glimpse into a nice residential neighborhood in Austin.
Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).

I would have appreciated a text or email reply when I could not get into qr code manual because of phone issues. Maybe you can just have the wifi info placed in the condo. Other then that the stay was fine and condo cleanApril 2022

It was a nice location and a cute little studio. My only complaint is the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in and the pillows were rock hard. It would sure be nice to get a good night sleep but other than that it was great!April 2022

Quiet and Cozy
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Enfield. It was very quiet, and the space was cozy. We were only a mile (5 min drive) from downtown. The place was clean, and I will definitely book this place again.June 2021

Comfortable, convenient accommodation
Not suited for a business traveler as others have noted, but a comfortable place to sleep with easy access to downtown and Lady Bird lake area, including Zilker.January 2021

3 night stay in Austin
I liked it. It was a very nice clean place in a great location. The bed was comfortable, nice big TV with lots of channels. I texted the owner with some questions about the WIFI and TV and he responded within minutes and solved the issues. Comfortable sofa and functional well equipped kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, toaster, utensils, plates, coffee maker. Big walk-in closet. I'll be back. Only three minor suggestions: I cook so a cutting board would have been useful; A sightly larger coffee table in front of the sofa so two could sit and eat would be nice; since there is no window in the bathroom a functioning vent / fan would be nice. I recommend it and will be back myself.November 2020

Spent a month here while trying to find a surgeon willing to do elective surgery during the covid19 outbreak. The location is a great value; while the living room windows look out on the small parking lot, it actually works well because there are lots of trees. The parking lot is anchored on both east and west sides by very old, very large oak trees, the branches of which meet over the center of the small parking lot. The view is actually very nice and very green. Very convenient to public transportation. The 18 is three stops from all the major north/south bus routes. The kitchen is kitted out well; you can even bake cookies if you like. The owners were very fast to respond to the (very) few issues I had there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend it to others.April 2020

Great place to stay for reasonable rate
The room was clean and well thought out. Quiet neighborhood (yea!). Easy access. Please be aware that after dark it's a bit hard to see the street number when you drive up. Use your phone/GPS for best results. Otherwise, great stay.August 2019

My wife child and I stayed on night. We had an appointment at noon time so we where out early in the morning. The bed was comfy and so was the pull out bed. The place was very clean plenty of parking and close to downtown. One of the bed side lamps light bulb was burnt out but it wasn’t a big deal. The only thing that was Bad about the place was the thin walls at night we could hear the people above us talk !!!December 2018
